ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF END USER:
• To conduct live demonstrations of our products to potential customers, both in-person and remotely.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
• To help users to answer their queries, share quotations of products, helps to understand how to use product
• Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends.
• To Answer questions and address concerns from customers during and after demonstrations.
• To gather feedback from customers to continually improve our demo process and product offerings.
• To follow-up with clients regarding orders, quotations for orders
• Making PPTs for product demonstration to showcase infront of clients during meetings.
