Why Choose AOSSPL LZ Oil 30 Ltr Kit?

Double the Capacity of the 15 LtrWith 30 Ltr absorption capacity and 15 pads, this kit handles moderate oil spills from machinery, vehicles, and fuel transfer operations efficiently.
Oil-Only Hydrophobic AbsorbentsWhite polypropylene pads and sock selectively soak up oils and fuels while repelling water — perfect for outdoor use and wet-floor environments.
Portable Matty Cloth BagThe rugged Matty Cloth Bag stores compactly and can be slung over a shoulder for rapid deployment across a facility or to a spill location.
Complete PPE IncludedSafety goggles and nitrile gloves protect the responder during containment, eliminating the need to source protective equipment separately.
Waste Disposal ReadyTwo disposable bags with ties allow compliant disposal of saturated absorbents as regulated hazardous waste, keeping the site clean and legally compliant.
CE & ISO Certified Liquizorb BrandManufactured under ISO 9001:2015 standards with CE and ISO certification, the kit meets quality and safety benchmarks for regulated industrial environments.

How to Use — Spill Response Steps

  • Step 1 — Stop the Source: Isolate the spill source — close valves, upright containers, or shut off equipment where safe.
  • Step 2 — Don PPE: Put on nitrile gloves and safety goggles before handling any absorbents or contaminated materials.
  • Step 3 — Deploy Sock: Encircle the spill perimeter with the absorbent sock to prevent the oil spreading to drains or clean areas.
  • Step 4 — Apply Pads: Lay absorbent pads over the spill. Allow full saturation before removing and replacing with fresh pads if needed.
  • Step 5 — Collect & Bag: Fold used pads and socks and place them in the disposable bags. Seal with the provided ties.
  • Step 6 — Dispose & Restock: Dispose of waste per hazardous waste regulations, report the incident, and immediately restock the kit.

Storage & Maintenance

📦
Storage ConditionsKeep in a cool, dry, shaded area. Store the Matty Cloth Bag in a clean, dry state to prevent pre-saturation of absorbents before deployment.
🔍
Periodic InspectionCheck the kit every 6 months. Ensure pads and socks are undamaged and uncontaminated. Replace any damaged or pre-used items immediately.
After UseRestock the kit without delay after any deployment. A partially depleted kit may be inadequate for the next spill emergency.
♻️
Waste DisposalUsed absorbents are hazardous waste. Seal in provided bags and consign to a licensed hazardous waste contractor per applicable environmental regulations.
